Possibly the best and very very good stay during the New Year vacation. Newly decorated units with usable balconies overlooking the huge pools or gardens. A mini bar, tea/coffee and coffee were nice.

Not cheap breakfast.

Enjoyed the hotel...great pool for small kids as well as a sand pit area (w/shade) on the beach.

An excellent well run hotel. Breakfast of very high quality. and a good selection of restaurants at a reasonable price. The Italian restaurant was outstanding.

I found the hotel amenities a bit wanting. For instance, the pool area was overcrowded due to insufficient sunbeds, with some guests reserving chairs early and not using them. Dining options within the hotel felt overpriced, and the shuttle service to town comes at a charge. Breakfast had its moments but often lacked consistency in quality, like undercooked eggs and busy tables during peak hours.

Friendly and attentive service with smile face

Need to charge for the sauna service , although it is not expensive. Usually the five star hotel provides this service and is free of charge.

A little overpriced

The infinity pool is a slice of paradise 🏊‍♀️ Beach access and great service made our family getaway lovely. Just wish drinks weren't so pricey.

best hotel staff we have had in sourthen thailand in 12 years

Our family had a fantastic 8-night stay. The building features beautiful Thai architecture and everything is conveniently close together. The breakfast was impressive, offering a varied selection that included Thai and western options. The staff really stood out with their genuine care for our well-being, especially at the farm where the animals looked happy and well taken care of. The kids particularly loved the activities like feeding the animals and planting rice. I felt that enhancing the activities and considering packages could make it even better for families.

Hotel staff charge the credit card with error for many times and the receipt is not completely in one hour check out
